I own 3 electric bikes, my R model from the Electric Bike Company is superior to all three. It is the Tesla, Mercedes of electric bikes. No regrets, 5 star quality. Rides like a car on 2 wheels. Would recommend it to friends for a real electric bike. But this conversion of a car into hybrid car is bit expensive. It includes fitting of many additional components apart from the electric car kit. Along with the gas engine a secondary, electric engine needs to be installed. The electric car kits are definitely worth if one is spending a lot on the fuel.
